We are quality structural steel fabricators to the commercial, industrial, retail and private sectors. With over 30 years experience of manufacturing technologies within our team, we are able to produce components using the most cost-effective methods of production. We also have an extensive and trusted supplier database, which means we can source a wide variety of materials to satisfy most specialist requirements.    

We offer a total fabrication package from concept to completion, including associated services to compliment your company's portfolio and satisfy your supply or installation requirements.

Our general fabrication services include:

• Design & drawing facilities for component and assembly manufacture using CAD system.
• Prototype, sample and full manufacture for test, development and production requirements for individual components up to 1000kg
• Profiling, shearing, sawing, punching, drilling, forming, bending, rolling of stock bar, plate, section and tube in mild, high yield, & Stainless steels; non-ferrous and specialist metals up to 40mm thick
• Certified MIG welding mild steel BSEN10025 S275JR (43A) up to high yield Steel BSEN10025 S355 J2G3 (50D) up to 40mm thick to BSEN 288-3:1992. Welding operatives are coded to BSEN 287-1:1992
• Surface finishing including sharp edge removal, surface preparation prior to coating application utilizing linishing, grinding and polishing processes
• Corrosion protection including paint, powder coating, hot dip galvanising, Magni Coatings and Electro-plating
• Component assembly centre incorporating our extensive component & fastener supplies, which are maintained for all immediate requirements

All production processes are controlled from start to finish with our in-house Quality Assurance procedures in line with BSEN ISO 9001:2008.
